Return Policy

At Nabi Hair Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return and refund policy.


Returns


- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

- Products must be in their original packaging and in good condition.

- Please contact us at [nabihairservices@gmail.com]

 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.


Refunds


- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned products.

- Refunds will include the full amount paid for the products, minus any shipping costs.


Wig Styling and Custom Orders


- All wig styling and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Please ensure you provide accurate measurements and specifications for custom orders.


Exceptions


- We cannot accept returns on products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

- We cannot accept returns on products that are missing their original packaging or tags.


Shipping


- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of your return tracking number.
